A smooth, rich Ethiopian roasted wonderfully for Espresso by Ground State in Dublin. It's got a sweet Milk Chocolate and Caramel taste with apple fruitiness coming through. Roasted for espresso which it works on perfectly but also suitable for Cafetière and Filter. Full bodied and rich.
