An incredible coffee coming from the Kayanza region of Burundi. Sweet, creamy white chocolate and a sharp but juicy raspberry acidity balance perfectly. The yeast inoculation gives the coffee a funky boozy note that really elevates the taste. Great on filter or espresso.
