I first came across Intermission coffee whilst in a superb Oxford Coffee shop. We are always on the look out for great roasters so on my trip to Cafe Culture Trade Fair I made sure I sought these guys out. I brought back samples for the whole team to try and we all agreed they were superb. Kunsang is one hell of a roaster.
Any brewing method. A high quality washed coffee with good acidity and balance. Great black or in shorter milk drinks.
