Extract maintain incredibly close relationships with the farms and farmers that produce their green coffee, believing that this support will give the producers the space and time to grow and pick the best beans possible.

Having met the team at Manchester Coffee Festival last year we can attest to the success of their methods. The coffees we tried were sensational and we immediately knew we needed to show them off at Coffee on the Crescent.
